1. Eligibility
1.1. The 3 Weeks Trial offer is exclusively available to new customers who have not previously enrolled in any Matrix Education courses.
1.2. Customers must complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) form, after which a member of our customer service team will contact you to confirm if a spot can be offered.
1.3. The trial is only available at selected locations and subject to its availability. Matrix may offer this promotion time to time and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless stated otherwise.
1.4. The trial applies to one course only and is not transferable between students or campuses.
2. Trial Period
2.1. This promotion allows new customers to attend up to three (3) consecutive lessons without financial commitment to the term.
2.2. The trial period begins from the student’s first scheduled lesson.
2.3. Students must adhere to the Matrix Code of Conduct during the trial period.
3. Payment Terms & Continuation Process
3.1. If the student decides to continue with the course during/after the trial, they will be required to pay for the trial attended and the remaining term fees in full. This will follow the general enrolment policies outlined in Matrix Education’s Enrolment Terms and Conditions.
3.2. If the student chooses not to enrol during or after the trial period, no payment will be required for the lessons attended.
3.3. If the student continues, Matrix Education will issue an invoice covering both the three-week trial period and the remaining term fees. Payment must be made in accordance with Matrix Education’s general payment policies, as outlined in the Enrolment Terms and Conditions, by the due date to secure the student’s place in the course.
4. Refund & Disenrolment Policy
4.1. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed classes during the trial period or the remainder of the term.
4.2. Disenrolments cannot be made during the term, but adjustments may be made for the following term, as per Matrix Education’s policies.
5. Availability and Limitations
5.1. This offer is strictly subject to availability. If the class becomes full during your trial period, you will no longer be able to attend lessons, as paid customers will take priority.
5.2. Until you officially enrol, you will not receive the complete set of resources provided to enrolled customers. Limited access to resources will be granted to ensure you can experience Matrix’s service offering during the trial period.
5.3. At the end of the trial period, if you notify Matrix of your decision not to enrol, all access to Matrix resources will be terminated.
6. Offer Conditions
6.1. This offer is by invitation only and may be offered by Matrix from time to time. Availability may be limited to specific locations, grades, or subjects.
6.2. The 3-week trial offer is a one-time offer and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the other promotion’s terms and conditions.
6.3. Matrix Education reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the trial offer at any time without prior notice.
7. Personal Information
7.1. By participating in this offer, your personal information will be added to Matrix’s newsletter subscriber list. You may opt out at any time by unsubscribing via a Matrix email.
7.2. Your personal information may be retained within Matrix’s information systems in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. General Policies
8.1. All students participating in this offer must comply with Matrix’s relevant terms and conditions governing student behaviour, the handling of personal information, and other applicable policies for paid students.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales (for NSW campuses) and Victoria (for VIC campuses), Australia.

1. Eligibility
1.1. The First Lesson Money Back Guarantee (FLMBG) is available to both new and existing customers.
1.2. Students must not have previously taken the subject for which the FLMBG is being exercised.
2. Enrolment and Fees
2.1. By opting into the FLMBG, you are enrolling in the subject, and all applicable fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment.
2.2. If you choose to disenrol after the first lesson, you may do so free of charge, provided you notify us before the commencement of the second lesson.
3. Refund of Enrolment Fee
3.1. If the subject is the first you have enrolled in with Matrix and you paid an Enrolment Fee at the time of enrolment, the Enrolment Fee is refundable under the following conditions:
a) You have exercised the FLMBG for this subject.
b) You are not enrolled in any other Matrix courses.
c) You do not intend to enrol in any Matrix courses in the future.
4. Spot Allocation
4.1. Once you advise us of your intention to disenrol, your spot in the subject will be allocated to the next customer on the waitlist, if applicable.
4.2. Matrix cannot guarantee that your spot will still be available if you wish to re-enrol.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
5.1. The FLMBG offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated in the terms and conditions of the other offer.
6. Notification Process
6.1. To exercise the FLMBG, you must notify Matrix of your intention to disenrol in writing or via the designated communication channels before the commencement of the second lesson.
7. General
7.1. Matrix reserves the right to amend or discontinue the FLMBG at any time without prior notice.
7.2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
8. Acceptance of Terms
8.1. By enrolling in a subject under the FLMBG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
