Meet our subject matter experts

Dr Michael Xie

BSci (Hons), B.Adv.Stud, MD

Dr Michael Xie is an experienced educator specialising in senior Biology and junior Mathematics and Science. He has taught extensively as a private tutor and Year 12 Biology textbook author, delivering clear and engaging instruction tailored to student needs.

Selina Duan

BBiomedSc

Selina achieved a 99.40 ATAR and went on to complete a Bachelor of Biomedical Science. She’s now in her final year of Medicine at Monash University, on the path to becoming a doctor.

Mr Tony Kang

BSc MTeach MEdLead

Mr Tony Kang is the Head of Learning for Victoria. He has dedicated most of his teaching career at secondary schools teaching Maths and Science. Most recently, he served as the State Head of Digital Learning and Lead Science Teacher (Head of Department) at OneSchool Global. He is also an Executive Council Member of the Science Teachers Association of Tasmania (STAT).
